Refund policy

Return and Refund Policy for Customized Products

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for customized items. If your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days at info@paske-style.com with documentation and photos of the fault. We will assess your claim and guide you through the return process if applicable.


Eligibility for Return

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.


Order Changes

If you ordered the wrong product or size, contact Paske STYLE within 2 hours of placing your order to request changes.


Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since refund approval, contact us at info@paske-style.com.
